HELEN MORLEY – Director
Helen is a final year English and Theatre student at Warwick. As well as directing several shows whilst at uni (Seven Jewish Children, Drunk Enough to Say I Love You?, Seeking Intimacy), she has also worked on The Freedom Project at Mac Birmingham and Tales of the City at Fargo Village. This year Helen was thrilled to work with Ava on GWEILO for The Yard First Drafts, and i’ll still be whole when you rip me in half for the Theatre Deli Beyond Borders Festival.
Helen’s hobbies include an eclectic mix of seeing plays, forgetting to buy tickets for plays and reading said plays she failed to get tickets for.
LEANNE WARD – Producer
Leanne is a second-year English and Theatre student, that is when she actually finds the time to study her degree. Whilst at uni she has produced That’s So GCSE (Codpiece), Behind the Eyes (Codpiece), Trainspotting (Warwick Arts Centre) and Brilliant Adventures (Warwick Arts Centre). She also produced Reactivists last show ‘Hear all About it’ at Edinburgh Fringe last year.
In her spare time, Leanne enjoys singing and is a member of the university choir.
EVE ALLIN – Writer
Eve wrote and directed her own show in sixth form and had
two of her plays performed in her first year at Warwick. Eve is also a theatre blogger and reviewer and does loads of art in her spare time (especially embroidery).
AMY HODKIN – Writer
Amy is a writer, filmmaker, radio host and reviewer, currently studying at Warwick University. She has only recently turned her attention to theatre, and alongside Reactivists has written for ALSO Festival 2018 as a member of BriefCase. Even though she was introduced at that particular event as an actor, she much prefers the behind the scenes aspects of both theatre and filmmaking, so don’t expect to see her on a stage any time soon. When she has time outside of writing and doing her degree, she enjoys supporting other people’s creativity and spending too much money on film and theatre tickets.
MARIANNE STEGGALL – Writer
Marianne has just finished her second year studying English and Theatre at the University of Warwick. Other than writing she has a soft spot for all things theatre, wavy garms and hates the use of the word yeet.
EMMA LOUISE WORRALL – Writer
Emma is an English Literature student at University of Warwick. She has grown up in France, the US and London. During Sixth Form, she co-directed “13” by Mike Bartlett and, at Warwick, produced the play “Clara” for FreshFest ’17. She has also been active in student politics and has taken on roles in the Students Union. She also writes reviews and articles. She enjoys listening to musicals, seeing as much theatre as she can and reading the Guardian aLara is 22 years old and has just finished her English literature undergraduate degree at Warwick university. LILITH WOZNIAK – Writer
Lilith Wozniak is a theatre and film maker living in Bristol. She graduated from the University of Warwick in 2017 and her current projects include producing for queer sci-fi art collective Aliens of the Art World and theatre company why this sky, writing reviews for Exeunt, creating a film about nature taking over an IKEA and a day job writing text books. She likes sci-fi, juggling and dancing at any possible opportunity.
GRETA BENDINELLI – Actor.
Greta is a University of Warwick Graduate and has trained with the National Youth Theatre and The MonoBox, while working in Digital Marketing and Communication at Warwick Arts Centre. Her credits include Loud Stone (Euryidice), Mad Hatter (Alice in Wonderland the Musical) and Mrs Boeuf (Rhinoceros). She has recently appeared as part of the community cast of the Birmingham REP’s production of Woyzeck, before joining Reactivists for their latest show. She has loved the whole process up till now and she cannot wait to perform at the Fringe for the first time.
LARA CARROLL – Actor
Lara is 22 years old and has just finished her English literature undergraduate degree at Warwick university. When ignoring the overwhelming prospect of The Future and becoming an actual adult, Lara enjoys wasting money in overpriced coffee shops, lusting after clothes on asos and singing along to the mumma mia soundtracks in the shower.
LUCY KITCHNER – Actor
Lucy is a Classical Civilisation student at Warwick University. Throughout her two years at university she has been on stage and back stage on Codpiece, WUDS and Warwick Classics Society productions. She enjoys reading, travelling and excitedly pointing out every dog she passes to whoever is unfortunate enough to be nearby.
RORY MEADE – Actor.
Rory is very good at many things. Alas, sending bios on time is not one of these things.
ASSOCIATE ARTISTS
AVA DAVIES – Writer
Ava has written two plays in her 21 years – ‘Unrelated’ at school, a play about a middle class family’s angst, and ‘Archipelago’ at Warwick, a play about a young middle class couple’s angst. Now that she’s got all that out of her system, she’s in the midst of trying to copy everything Alice Birch and Alastair McDowall have ever written.
RISHI SONEJI – Actor.
Rishi has performed in various shows over the last few years. Highlights include ‘Mess’ (Freshblood, Warwick Arts Centre), ‘Breaking the Code’ (WUDS), ‘Charge’ (FreshFest), and ‘GAIA: New Approaches’ (Fat Git Theatre Company). Rishi loves a good film and TV show, and is interested in fashion, photography, food, expressions of human nature and obviously theatre.
RORY BINES- MORRIS – Actor
Rory has directed a couple of shows for the devising and adaptation society, Codpiece, at Warwick University, as well as starring in one. Rory also used to teach drama on a Saturday morning for Intrepid Theatre Company in Lewes. Rory’s interests include Pina Coladas and long walks in the rain.
CAROLINE TAYLOR – Actor
Caroline has been involved in five student productions including playing Audrey in William Shakespeare’s ‘As You Like It’, Young Sandra/Dream Sally in Stephen Sondheim’s ‘Follies’ and Alice in ‘Pirates of Penzance’. Caroline is also a member of the National Youth Theatre and has an ATCL in Speech and Drama.
GEORGE BROOKER – Actor
George believes humanity is sinking into a hellhole of late capitalism which will eventually lead to the downfall of all civilised society. He also likes ballroom dancing and burritos.
ROSIE EAGERS – Marketing Manager.
At university, Rosie has worked on the publicity design for productions of “Trainspotting” (WUDS) in the Warwick Arts Centre and “Drunk Enough to Say I Love You?” (WUDS). In her spare time she’s normally found painting or watching terrible reality TV shows.
ROSS HUNTER – Tech Manager
Ross is current student of English Lit. And Theatre at Warwick University. Ross has worked as a technician on several shows out of university, when hes not faffing about on the stage. He likes puns and making friends with dogs at parties.
DANIELLA DAVIDSON-WILLIAMS – Publicity Designer
Daniella is currently a Graphic Design student at the University of Hertfordshire and is set to graduate in the Summer of 2018. She has been passionate about design from a young age, always wanting to get out and explore even more about the subject. Other than design, Daniella’s interests mainly consist of watching way too much Youtube and BBC IPlayer documentaries.
